Allow us to help achieve your retirement goals through our 401K match programs. Deaconess will match a percent of the employee's first 6% of contributions when meeting all criteria. Deaconess match is 100% of the first 1% plus 50% of the next 5% for a total match of 3.5% of your salary if you contribute at least 6% of your salary. 

Time away is essential. Generous Paid Time Off is available for all eligible employees. PTO is accrued, and that accrual starts Day One of employment! Deaconess also provides short-term and long-term disability benefits, with buy-up options.  Leave of absence can be granted for medical, family, military, and education purposes. 

Wellness is all encompassing! Deaconess provides annual monetary wellness incentives paid back to participating employees. Our Wellness Solutions team also initiates monthly wellness activities.
